PC Supporter was established by me, Jon Taylor, in 2006. I am an IT professional with over 20 years of computer experience. Working closely with PCs since their inception in the 80s, I’ve worked for numerous businesses using a wide-range of technologies. Living and working in the US for over ten years has made me appreciate the importance of good customer service and value. For many years I’ve provided technical support to family and friends, and often asked why I don’t start my own business. So here it is; PC Supporter, created with the goal to provide friendly technical support, training and web development with excellent customer service at affordable prices.

I want PC Supporter to be fun, informative and accessible. My aim is to help customers help themselves by demonstrating how their PC and the internet can truly enrich their lives and potentially save them money.
